After my own experiences with drastic change—retiring and the loss of my mother— I was inspired to pursue my passion to help others unlock their potential, break through barriers, and navigate life’s shifts and transitions with greater clarity and confidence. My approach is grounded in more than 25 years in education from elementary through post-secondary, working with learners ages 12 to 65. I’m a certified professional with extensive experience in instructional coaching, learning and development, educational consulting, academic growth, and supporting educators through early career challenges and mid-career burnout.
